Requirements: A customer service representative, or CS, will act as a liaison, provide services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face daily basis via email or online chat. Assist operations team to ensure smooth delivery process. Obtain new business via cold calling. Assist & resolved customer inquiry or complaint via email or Live Chat. Actively liaise with customer and operation team to ensure smooth delivery. Provide support to logistic team. Complete any other tasks when assigned by the management. Obtain new business via cold calling and customer referral to create new business opportunities. You will be required to work in time slots throughout the day under the guidance of the management team to achieve your targets. The role is very target driven and requires an excellent amount of self-motivation. Sales Executives are targeted in all areas of the role and are expected to hit these targets. Remuneration: Able to work from home / anywhere Works 5 times a week and Public Holiday off EPF Provided Basic RM2,000 Commissions for every sale. Up to RM 5,000 a month.
