Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning, staffing, compensation & benefit, employee relations, training & development, performance management.
  • Provide coaching / advice to HODs on employee relations, performance & disciplinary issues as well as strategic HR support to ensure activities are align with business objectives and operational effectiveness.
  • Implement HR policies & procedures, provide advice to line management on HR policies and procedures to ensure to Employment Act & other statutory requirements.
  • To formulate, develop and executive yearly training plan within the prescribed budget and approval criteria to all level of employees, evaluation of training effectiveness.
  • To introduce and lead HR initiatives.
  • In charge of overall Company administrative matters (including purchasing execution & IT coordination) for multiple warehouses & offices within Malaysia.

Requirements:

  • A minimum Bachelor's degree in HRM or other discipline.
  • A minimum 5 years of experience in managerial position, preferably in the Logistics and Freight Forwarding Industry.
  • Familiar with Malaysia's Employment Act & Industrial Relation Act .
  • Good communication skills, proactive & able to work independently .
  • Able to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of HRiQ system is an advantage.
