Job Description

B2BE, a global IT consulting and company is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our global Human Resource function. This role will require an experienced Human Resource person in Human Resource function, who would like to have a long-term career in Human Resources.


The role responsibilities include but are not limited to:-

  • Perform partial and/or full spectrum of HR function for payroll, statutory compliance and reports, recruitment, training, and HR administration in the respective countries.
  • Assist Human Resources Manager to manage the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the company’s human resources matters including but not limited to recruitment, performance management and evaluation, learning and development, remuneration, payroll administration and employee relations.
  • Undertakes HR and People related project as requested.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing of staff medical, leave entitlement, staff insurance and any other staff benefit.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks pertaining to the Human Resources function as required by Management.


  • A Diploma or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or business studies/administration/management or equivalent;
  • At least 1 to 3 years’ relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as well.
  • Able to operate independently and manage work load effectively
  • Have excellent verbal and writer (English) communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact in a consistently professional manner with all levels of staff.
  • Knowledge on Labour Law, Employment Act and Industrial Relations would be added advantages.
