Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Administrate and execute general office administration and maintenance
  • Administrate all training activities, file and maintain personnel training records
  • Liaise with governmental departments or other third parties on legislation, enforcement and/or administration related to human resource
  • Liaise with service providers in relation to employee welfare and benefits (group personal assurance, etc)
  • Prepare related reports as required by Human Resource Manager
  • Assist the Human Resource Manager in carrying out daily routine activities pertaining to personnel control and salary administration
  • Handle foreign workers related matters (passport, work permit, welfare, insurance, etc)
  • Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
  • Completes payroll reports for Finance Department
  • To oversee, plan & check the monthly training activities according with ISO 9001:2008 requirement & compliance to ISO 9001:2008 requirement
  • To oversee the general HR administration

  

Requirements:

  • Preferably with a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry would be an advantage
  • Ability to identify and resolve problem in a timely manner
  • Willing to work in Telok Gong, Port Klang
