Provide 1st and 2nd level support e-Commerce applications & systems
Ability to diagnose problems in several areas including Virtualization, operating systems, network connectivity, database and security.
Diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve issues.
Create user and techinical guide documents
Communicate with customers for application testing and supports
Application QA testing
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 3 - 4 years of experience in related field, or more.
Hands on experience in Microsoft and Linux Operating System.
Basic knowledge in the following are also strongly encouraged to apply : JSP, ASP, MSSQL, Web server Technologies, E-commerce
Added advantage in having experience configuring web and application servers like Apache, Tomcat or Web Logic.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English language.
High attention to detail and accuracy
Posses self-initiative and able to work independently and collaboratively with people at various levels.
Able to handle project independently.
Posses own transport.
