Job Summary

We are representing our client which is one of the MNC leading telecommunication group in Asia, looking for dynamic and result oriented candidate to fill their current job opening in Klang.

Job Description

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls and enquiries from customer
  • Follow up and resolve customers complaints and ensure it is close to satisfaction
  • To channel & escalate any unresolved issues/complaints to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedure
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as required
  • Proactively identify areas of service and procedural improvement and make recommendations to the team leader
  • Any other duties assigned by the team leader

Job Requirement

  • Diploma & Degree Fresh Grads are encourage to apply
  • SPM/STPM with a minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service
  • Fluent speaking & written in English
  • Mandarin speaker added advantage
  • Willing to work on a rotational Shift Basis or extended hours with shift allowance and OT paid
  • Have basic computer literacy
  • Need to be IT Savvy & basic PC literate (browser, desktop, technical IT terms, etc)
