Job Description

Diploma/Advance Diploma in LCCI, Account, Business Studies or equivalent.
Possess initiative, able to work independent without much supervision
Required skill(s): MS Word, MS Excel
Ability to multitask, detail-oriented and possess a hands-on approach
High initiative, hardworking, dedicated with excellent inter-personal skills.
Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Perform daily administrative works such as data entry, documentation processing & filing to ensure that these are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
Liaising with internal/external parties.
Prepare necessary accounting documents.
Attend all telephone calls and enquiries
Assist in other ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
