Remuneration: RM1,800 (Basic pay) + Comprehensive and excellent commission plan all-year long + Bonus for performing crew + Fuel, entertainment, mobile claims Responsibilities: • Work directly with Technical Team to formulate and implement both tactical and strategic sales initiatives. • Work directly with the Technical Team to define and execute client enablement strategy. • Actively participate in Channel QBR and Partner Plan reviews. • Maintain knowledge of competitive products to enable the capability to effectively address and dispel client's objections to our solutions. • Drive coordination of technical resources both internally and externally as needed to close prospective opportunities. • Identify and present hurdles and stops that is faced when carrying out role. • Analyse client's business objectives by asking probing questions that are relevant to Sales Team and also Technical Team with relevant info on prospect markets and industries. • Assist in increasing end-user adoption of THS products through events and training, seminars, webinars, technical trainings, and other activities as appropriate. • Present on THS products to small and large audiences. • Train client and sales colleagues on THS products from a technical perspective based on experience. • Travel (when needed) for face to face meetings and events. • Achievement of quarterly and yearly sales goals via a technical sales cycle; the ability to develop a pipeline and close business through solution selling is crucial. • Responsible for developing great relationships with existing channel partners/resellers in order to grow revenue. • Develop and maintain sales record to ensure relations with client is kept at optimum level. • Pay attention to details - Ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are forecasted accurately and adequate information regarding the prospect and/or opportunity is communicated. • Develop opportunities through prospecting, leads driven via web enquiries and phone enquiries etc. using consultative sales skills. • Participate in ad-hoc sales campaigns and programs to help generate new prospects/opportunities. • Pay attention to details - Ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are forecasted accurately and adequate information regarding the prospect and/or opportunity is communicated. Requirements: • Technical or solution selling sales experience is preferred, with experience is a plus. • Experience selling technology solutions to Director and C-Level executives in SMBs and midmarket focused businesses a plus. • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills is a must. • Knowledge of and comfortable following a defined sales process. • Ability to generate accurate forecasts to properly project quarterly and yearly sales. • Experience using consultative sales skills. • Must be organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills. • Basic computer knowledge required. Ability to multi-task with several tools, work independently and prioritize tasks, honor rules of engagement and follow policies, processes and procedures. • Core understanding of IT environment in businesses. • Good organizational and time management skills. • Will be a part of the face for THS outside, am presentable and knows how to carry yourself.
