Company Overview Carriera is an executive search firm based in Klang, specialising in permanent placement and executive search (headhunting). In line with its expansion, Carriera is looking for a Recruitment Assistant who will be trained in different aspects of recruitment. Job Responsibilities:- Perform administrative tasks in support of all recruiting efforts Draft, prepare and post job advertisements Screening of applicants’ resumes Compile company information and related materials and distribute to applicants Interview and shortlist candidates for clients’ review Coordinate interviews All other duties as assigned Requirements :- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
