Responsibilities: Carry out general administration and daily operation in the office. Documentations filing, data entry, and general paperwork. Perform any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the manager. To implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required by the manager. To keep track and follow up with staffs, associates, and customers. By providing excellent after sales service and regular communication between the customer and the Company. Work closely with other team members to provide strong team representation in meeting customer’s expectations Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an added advantage. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Attention to Details, Organized Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to support in administrative tasks for the respective department. Able to keep track and follow up with staffs, associates, and customers.
