Tour Consultant
at GL COM ENTERPRISE in Klang, Selangor
Responsibilities:
Deliver quotations on time
Perform operational tasks such as booking of coach, guides & Problem solving
Liaise with partners to improve on existing programs & to develop new programs
To set appointments and service existing clients
Need to prepare accounts related (payment vouchers etc) for projects
Oversee attachment students during peak periods
Scheduling of tour leaders & tour lead groups overseas & local
Presentations during sales call / appointments
To work hand in hand with clients to set worksheets for groups
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Degree in any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good PC skills. Familiar with MS Words, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
Able to work in fast paced environment
Able to cope with tight deadlines and stress
Service oriented
Good command of English required
Willing to travel overseas when neccessary
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
