RESIDENT ARCHITECT (Based In KL)
Candidate must possess min. B.Arch with LAM part II or part III qualification
Minimum 8 years of experience in related field or large scale project
Plan and monitoring project to ensure that the budget, delivery, schedule, technical, safety & quality aspect are met
Coordinate change control within assigned areas
Provide management with regular updates & report on the development of the project
Good communication & writing skills
Knowledge of AutoCAD would be an advantage
