- Develops, implements, maintains and supervises OSH Programs
- Keep current on OSH standards, activities and recent decision that might affect policies and programs through reading governmental and professional publications by attending seminars
- Maintain Emergency Response Plan and coordinate annual Total Center Evacuation with Full participation of staff, tenants, contractors and the public
- Ensure proper follow through on all reportable accidents to determine the company's and the employees' interest are protected.
- Demonstrates contimuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround time, streamline work processes and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.
- Provide OSH consultation to other projects currently undertaken.
- Degree in related field
- Minimum 5 years related experience
- retail/hotel experience is preferred
