Responsibilities:§ Prepare customs forms, monthly & yearly customs report and other documentation related to LMW, shipping and customs procedures. § Liaise with related departments in monitoring document such as purchase order, purchase requisition etc.§ Prepare accurate data concerning input/output of production materials into the system.
Requirements: § Min Diploma in any related field§ Preferably 2 years of exposure in similar position§ Knowledge of customs procedures will be an added advantage§ Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia, both oral & written§ Computer literate, especially in UBS / MSWord / MSExcel§ Good interpersonal skills, able to work independently§ Possess own transport
