This is a very challenging and interesting job. You get to meet with different sorts of people everyday and learn about different industries and what they do. Your role is basically to go out and source for suitable talent for our clients to fill available vacancies. As a recruiter, your job does not end until we successfully fill positions assigned to us. You need to have excellent communication and persuasion skills as well as be able to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment. You must be meticulous and have good selling ability.

The process:

Identify, source and select suitable candidates for client companies based on job requirements and position description.

Interview and evaluate a candidate's suitability for the position. Conduct skill assessments, personality tests and reference checks on candidates to arrive at a recommendation.

Provide recommendation to clients and make subsequent interview arrangements.

Negotiate and ensure both clients and candidates come to mutual agreement on job offer, salary package and terms of employment.


Requirements:
1.) At least 3 to 5 years working experience in any field
2.) Passionate and enthusiastic
3.) LOVE MEETING PEOPLE, LOVE TO NETWORK / SOCIALISE
4.) Good communication and persuasive skills
5.) Not afraid to make cold-calls, prospect for candidates / clients
6.) Work fast and sharp
7.) Highly organised, good time-management
