Service Coordinator
at Manpower Staffing Services in Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:
-Coordinating and being the single point of contact for Field Engineers, remotely via the telephone and utilizing online tools for the given territory
-Proactively planning work order assignments and communication of the geographical locations for the company's team of engineers
-Prioritizing the assignments of work orders whilst ensuring prompt delivery of service to clients
-Organizing and dispatching inventory requirements as and when required by the engineers
-Planning an engineer's travel in the most time efficient way in order to minimize cost
-Appropriately escalating to team lead orders that fall outside the contractual agreement
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level.
-Preferred skill(s): Coordination, administration, and communication.
-Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
-6 months Contract (renewable) position available.
-Language required: English, BM, Mandarin, Cantonese
-Willing to work on rotational shifts
-Shift schedule: 8.00pm - 8.00am (12 hours), 4 days/week.
-Required to work on Weekends (Sat/Sun).
