full time Junior Conveyancing Secretary

Responsibilities

Perform routine secretarial duties in assisting and supporting Partners & Lawyers in completion of the overall conveyancing documentation, processess and maintaining proper filings to ensure completeness, accuracies and timely completion aligned with the Firm's objectives and client's satisfaction.

Requirements
1. Certificate/Diploma in Secretarial. SPM holders with experience may also be considered.

2. Minimum 1-2 years experience in handling conveyancing works in regards to banking/loan documentations / project works.

3. Good verbal, reading and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

4. Computer literate with good typing skills.

5. Highly meets productivity standards, organized, works quickly, fast learner and completes work in excellent timely manner.

6. Ability to work under pressure, at times handle challenging clients and meet tight deadlines.

7. Outgoing and pleasant personality, well groomed and able to work independently and/or in team.
