OPERATIONS EXECUTIVES/ SUPERVISORS (Market Research)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Handle day to day project management i.e. planning, implementing and monitoring
•Fieldwork and data collection processes and its progress
•Evaluate service levels, review processes and procedures, identify areas for improvement, establish and execute action plans.
•Brief interviewers and ensure that they are sufficiently proficient in all aspects of the job
•Ensure fieldwork meets quality standards, scheduled timing and cost efficiency
•Conduct training and staff development activity.
•Maintain good housekeeping standards and quality
REQUIREMENTS:
•Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
•Experience in fieldwork is an advantage
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
•Good in both written and spoken English.
•Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
•Resourceful, team player and willing to multi-task
•Able to work independently
•Possess own transport
