THE OPPORTUNITY: A pioneering opportunity to be part of a new world-class set up to provide IT helpdesk services to China, out of Singapore. This opportunity is open to all Mandarin speakers – Malaysian, Singaporean and others, based in our client’s center of excellent located in the northern part of Singapore. Salaries around SGD2,500 per month (Approximately RM6,200 per month)
Requirements:
• Fluent in Mandarin – both spoken and written – is a must
• Basic English is a must
• Preferably with 1 year experience in an IT helpdesk environment
• A certificate, diploma or degree in an IT discipline is preferred but experience in an IT Helpdesk center is more valuable
• Malaysian or Singaporean or Indonesians are preferred
Responsibilities:
• Based in Singapore, to provide 1st level IT Helpdesk support to key clientele in China and Mandarin speaking territories
Working hours:
• Following China’s working hours.
• Shift work is required but there are no permanent nights required.
