Responsibilities:
Submission of payment, ie, EPF, SOSCO, Tax, Telekom bill, etc.
Update and matching daily sales to collection, ie. Credit card settlement, bank-in slip, etc.
Handling operation requirement, ie. Requisition of stationery
Dealing with bank, secretary, auditor matters
Verify/liaise with supplier, process of all payment, prepare of payment voucher
Full set of account, prepare monthly management report
Handling staff matters, ie. staff claim
Payroll processing, compute of commission
Perform ad-hoc projects / assignments

Requirements:
Minimum 2 year full set experience.
Diploma/Partial ACCA qualification
Familiar with accounting software
Able to communicate fluently in English, Mandarin and Malay.
Proficient in use of MS office Applications especially in MS Excel.
