full time Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

•To be responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and proforma invoices to our customers as required.

•To process inquiries by phone, fax, email and personal visit in relation to company business.

•To update Sales Order / Customer’s Product Specifications and follow up customer’s purchase order and etc

•To meet customers on our premises to discuss their requirements.

•To maintain good relations with our customers.

•To maintain an efficient working environment.

•To solve problems by liaising with the other staff and the customer.

Requirements:

•Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

•A good standard of numeracy is required to ensure accuracy of quotation.

•Excellent polite and persuasive telephone manner.

•Enthusiastic, hard working, well-organized and able to priorities.

•Ability to work windows based office PC applications.

•Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English

•At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

•Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

•Full-Time positions available.
