performing the functions of the infrastructure HS&E engineer.
providing opinions on project documentation in respect of construction works in his field of expertise.
defining, agreeing and enforcing a quality criteria for an realized project.
continuous monitoring of construction process in relation of his field.
cooperation with project manager and senior resident engineers within the framework of creating and updating of schedules and budgets.
