full time Customer Service Executive

at OffGamers Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

  • Clearing support e-mails
  • Live Person Online Chat Support
  • Answering inbound calls
  • E-mail complaints to relevant department
  • E-mail delivery delay orders to relevant departments
  • E-mail charge-back reports to Anti Fraud Team
  • Resolving customer issues
  • Providing information to customers online
  • Providing 1st level support to all 3 of the company’s main products

Requirements:

  • Min SPM/STPM/Diploma in any discipline
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of any other European Languages is an added advantage
  • 1/2 to 1 year experience in Customer Service and/or Customer Support and/or Live Chat Support.
  • 4 shifts (2 day shifts and 2 night shifts)
  • 5-day work week
  • Shift hours: 8am-6pm, 10am-8pm, 8pm-6am, 10pm-8am
  • Good PC skills
  • Good typing speed (min 40 wpm)
  • Full time positions available
  • Only Malaysians and those holding residence status needs to apply
  • Good Written/Spoken English and/or Good Written/Spoken Chinese
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
