Web Designer
at Imec Media Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:
• Develop web layout, animation, flash elements and graphical images.
• Design and develop website and web based application layout.
• To come up with latest trend designs, logos, images and e-marketing materials.
• Implement e-business, b2c, b2b business.
• To continuously refine and improve the look and feel and the functionality of the website.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Arts & Design/ Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Creative, have new-age design ideas, elegant designs and concepts.
• Strong background in user interface design and CSS.
• Good knowledge and Experience with Adobe Photoshop, CoralDraw/Illustrator, Flash and Macromedia Dreamweaver.
• Knowledge in HTML and can manually edit and create HTML code would be desirable.
• Knowledge in Java Script would be desirable.
• Knowledge in Flash Code & Flash programming would be desirable but not necessary.
• A minimum of 1 year web design experience.
• Good technical aptitude, good communication skills (Fluency in English is a must).
• Good in business communications and able to work well in a fast-moving team environment.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role is required.
• Desire and ability to learn new skills and technology quickly.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and willing to work overtime.
• Fresh graduates with creative portfolios are encouraged to apply.
